The Daybreak program supports seniors with significant cognitive impairments. Program participants are given the opportunity to participate in a variety of recreation programs that focus on physical, mental, social and sensory stimulation. Full lunches and refreshments are served daily.

• Offered at the West End Seniors Activity Centre (9629-176st.) on Tuesdays and Thursdays
• Offered at the Central Lions Seniors Activity Centre (11113-113 st.) on Wednesdays.
